Plows

Monroe manufactures a complete line of snow plows. The range includes Full Trip Reversible, Deep C-Shaped, C-Style Torsion Trip Edge, J-Style Torsion Trip Edge, Flex Plow, 1-Way Full Trip, MP311 and MP312 1-Way, 1-Way High Speed Slotted Trip, Expressway and V-Plows.

Full Trip Straight Reversible Plows

Monroe straight reversible plows feature a full list of advanced specifications. Slotted Trip, Compression Trip Edge, and Torsion Trip Edge plows are available in 10’, 11’, and 12’ lengths, with available heights of 36”, 41”, and 48”. Durability is provided with horizontal bracing and a heavy duty 3/4” x 4” x 4” bottom angle.

The cutting edge is 5/8” x 8”, AASHTO top punched. Durable compression springs, heavy duty 4-point hinged pushframe, various light packages, two double-acting 3” x 10” reversing cylinders with adjustable Chevron packing, crossover relief valve, ship and car channel A-frame, and abrasion-resistant hoses with steel clamps complete the long list of standard features.

Full Trip 1-Way Plows

1-Way plows incorporate the same rugged design characteristics as straight reversible plows. Specifications include all those listed for the straight reversible plows with the main difference of a ‘No Trip’ feature, heights of 30” and 39”. 1-Way plows are also available in fixed angle or reversible with an adjustable moldboard pitch. They are manufactured in 100% continuously-welded moldboard and with heavy duty, 4-point hinged push-frames.

Spreaders

Monroe’s line of spreaders includes Tailgate, V-Box and All-Season models. The Tailgate series includes the Under Tailgate, Roll, Replacement Tailgate and Rear Cross Conveyor. The V-Box series includes the MSVP, Mid-Size, MCV, Combination and Duz-Mor. All-Season Dump Body/Spreaders are also available.

MSPV

The MSPV V-box is ideal for the small municipality or contractor that does not require a large amount of snow and ice control.  This unit is designed for use in pickups, platforms and small dump bodies.  It is available in mild or stainless steel, with a 10.5 engine with wireless remote control or hydraulic drive, and electric drive conveyor with wireless remote.

Mid Size V-Box

FMB3500 (folding moldboard)

The FMB3500 is a Heavy duty, all-purpose underbody scraper for snow and ice removal.  The folding moldboard is designed for use with carbide cutting edges. Liquid Systems

The Liquid Systems line consists of Pre-Wet, Anti Icing and Vegetation Control equipment.

Anti-Icing System with self-loading leg kit

Anti-Icing is a proactive approach to snow and ice control. It is used in areas where liquid chemicals could be applied early enough, prior to precipitation, to prevent snow or ice from bonding on road surfaces. Anti-Icing makes cleanup quicker, reduces labor hours and reduces wear on snow removal equipment.
